Prohibits the sale of vapor products or alternative nicotine products that contain or have been combined with vitamin E acetate.

Defines "vapor product" as a noncombustible product using a heating element, power source, or electronic means to produce vapor from nicotine or other substances, including electronic cigarettes, cigars, and related devices.

Defines "alternative nicotine product" as a noncombustible product containing nicotine intended for human consumption by chewing, absorption, dissolution, or ingestion, excluding tobacco products, vapor products, food, and FDA-regulated drugs or devices.

Violators are guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000.00.
