Amends Michigan's alcoholic beverage control law to add the John G. Kulhavi Events Center at Central Michigan University to the list of approved conference centers where alcohol sales licenses may be issued.

Allows the commission to issue licenses to sell alcoholic liquor for consumption on premises of golf course clubhouses and adjacent outdoor service areas operated by colleges or universities.

Permits licenses for restaurants located on university-owned land at Wayne State University, Western Michigan University, and Northern Michigan University in designated industrial, research, or commercial development areas.

All licenses issued under this section are nontransferable and require payment of fees as specified in section 525 of the act.

Effective immediately upon passage and approval on July 1, 2020.
