Amends Section 307 of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (1998 PA 58) to add an exception allowing successor manufacturers or successor outstate sellers of wine to assign brand extensions to wholesalers other than the appointed wholesaler if the assignment occurred before October 1, 2019.

Adds identical exception for manufacturers and outstate sellers of mixed wine drinks and mixed spirit drinks, allowing successors to assign brand extensions to non-appointed wholesalers if assignment occurred before October 1, 2019.

Applies the same grandfather date (October 1, 2019) to both wine and mixed wine/spirit drink brand extension assignments, creating parity between the two categories of beverages.

Effective immediately upon enactment (July 1, 2020) but conditioned on simultaneous enactment of 14 related House Bills (5341, 5342, 5343, 5344, 5345, 5346, 5347, 5348, 5349, 5351, 5352, 5353, 5354, 5355, and 5400).
