Adds "senior living facility" to the definition of public places where smoking is prohibited under Michigan's Public Health Code.

Defines "senior living facility" as a multiunit residential building for individuals 62 years of age or older that is subsidized in whole or in part under a local, state, or federal program.

Explicitly excludes homes for the aged, nursing homes, county medical care facilities, hospices, and hospital long-term care units from the senior living facility definition.

Makes technical corrections to existing definitions in the smoking statute, including changes to language regarding food service establishments, meetings, and public bodies.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
