Requires owners of certain buildings constructed after January 1, 2022, or renovated after January 1, 2025 (with permits or costs of $10,000+) to install at least one height-adjustable, adult-sized changing table in a gender-neutral, publicly accessible restroom or space.

Applies to buildings with capacity for 1,500+ persons per day; exhibition/entertainment venues (theaters, concert halls, malls, stores over 40,000 sq ft); public display buildings (museums, libraries, galleries); and recreational facilities (parks, zoos, amusement parks).

Applies to airports, bus stations, interstate rest stops, educational institutions, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities located in Michigan.

Requires the location of the changing table to be clearly posted at building entrances and listed in any central directory maintained by the facility.
