Amends Michigan's crime victim services law to change language from "shall" to "will" and "is" regarding sexual assault medical forensic examinations and victim notification requirements.

Expands the definition of "health care provider" eligible for reimbursement to include facilities licensed under article 17 of the public health code up to MCL 333.21925 (instead of 333.22260).

Expands the definition of "sexual assault" to include all criminal violations under chapter LXXVI of the Michigan penal code (up to MCL 750.520o) rather than just sections 520a to 520n.

Maintains existing provisions requiring health care providers to advise victims in writing about insurance claim submission, prohibiting bills to victims for examination costs, and limiting state reimbursement to $1,200 per examination.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment only if Senate Bill or House Bill 5510 is also enacted into law.
