Amends the Housing-with-Services Contract Act (2002 PA 424) to update references to the Public Health Code from MCL 333.20101 to 333.22260 to MCL 333.20101 to 333.21925.

Updates the definition of "housing-with-services establishment" to clarify which facilities are excluded from the definition based on current Public Health Code provisions.

Updates Section 7 regarding licensing obligations under the Adult Foster Care Facility Licensing Act and the Public Health Code with the same MCL citation change.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law, contingent on the enactment of either Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5510 (request 04667'19).
