Specifies registration decals must include expiration date and registration number in a format of 2 letters and 4 numbers with contrasting, legible visibility.

Prohibits displaying any number other than the awarded registration number or reciprocity number on the snowmobile.

Allows registration decals or renewal devices to be issued no earlier than 90 days before certificate expiration.

Makes violation of decal placement or unauthorized number display a state civil infraction subject to a fine of not more than $150.00.
