Renames the "mobile home commission" to the "manufactured housing commission" and transfers it from the Department of Commerce to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.

Increases resident representatives on the commission from one to two representatives from organizations of mobile home residents and from one to two residents of licensed mobile home parks with 100 or more sites.

Reduces operator representation from two to one operator of a licensed mobile home park with 100 or more sites, while maintaining one operator of a park with fewer than 100 sites.

Allows a licensed mobile home dealer or manufacturer of mobile homes to serve in the dealer seat, and removes the separate manufacturer seat from the commission structure.

Requires the chairperson or vice-chairperson be selected from resident representatives or mobile home resident members of the commission.
