Amends the Open Meetings Act to include boards or governing bodies of art institute services providers that receive tax proceeds from the Art Institute Authorities Act (2010 PA 296) within the definition of "public body."

Expands the definition of "meeting" to include meetings of art institute services provider boards or governing bodies that receive Art Institute Authorities Act tax proceeds.

Makes art institute services providers receiving tax levied under MCL 123.1201 to 123.1229 subject to open meetings requirements applicable to other public bodies.
