Establishes that in prosecutions under the Michigan penal code's sexual assault chapter, the victim's resistance or lack of resistance is not relevant to the case.

Requires persons to testify and produce evidence in sexual assault investigations, proceedings, or trials regardless of whether testimony may be self-incriminating.

Grants immunity for compelled truthful testimony, evidence, or information by prohibiting its use in criminal cases against the witness, except for impeachment or perjury prosecutions.

Allows any information derived directly or indirectly from compelled truthful testimony to also receive immunity protection under the same exceptions.
