Modifies expert witness qualifications in human trafficking prosecutions to broaden the types of experts allowed to testify about victim behavior and trafficking dynamics.

Allows witnesses with specialized knowledge from criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or victim services experience to qualify as experts if their testimony would help the trier of fact understand human trafficking dynamics and victim responses.

Permits qualified experts to testify about specific types of victim responses and behaviors, and to provide factual testimony related to human trafficking.

Prohibits qualified expert witnesses from testifying about the credibility of other witnesses, including the victim.

Allows both prosecution and defense to call qualified experts to testify under these provisions.
