• Authorizes the gaming board to disqualify labor organization representatives from performing union functions if they lack good moral character, including convictions or charges involving gambling, theft, dishonesty, commercial sexual activity, or fraud.

• Prohibits labor organization officers and employees from holding financial interests in casino licensees employing the workers they represent.

• Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on the passage of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5655.
