• Amends the definition of "sexual exploitation" in the Child Protection Law to replace the term "prostitution" with "a commercial sexual activity."

• Updates related language to specify that child sexual abuse material is defined by reference to "listed sexual acts" as defined in MCL 750.145c of the Michigan Penal Code.

• Changes grammatical phrasing in definitions of "adult foster care location" and "person responsible for the child's health or welfare" to add "those terms are" before "defined."

• Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent on passage of House Bill No. 5655 of the 100th Legislature.
