Adds coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) to the list of infectious agents that health facilities must test for when emergency patients have potential exposure to first responders and medical personnel.

Requires health facilities to notify exposed police officers, firefighters, and licensed medical personnel within 2 days if test results are positive for COVID-19, HIV, or hepatitis B.

Allows first responders and medical personnel to request testing of emergency patients for COVID-19, HIV, or hepatitis B within the existing request procedures, with costs charged to the requesting individual unless covered by employer or health insurance.

Maintains confidentiality protections by prohibiting identification of the emergency patient in notifications and limiting disclosure of test results only to authorized purposes.

Defines "coronavirus" as COVID-19 and updates regulatory references to include coronavirus in the definition of "infectious agent" under Michigan Administrative Code.
