Extends immunity for health care services related to Michigan's COVID-19 pandemic response through September 30, 2020.

Defines "health care professional" as any person licensed or authorized under Michigan's public health code Article 15, and "health care facility" to include hospitals, surgical centers, outpatient facilities, veterans facilities, and surge capacity entities.

Clarifies that immunity does not apply to willful or grossly negligent acts, with injuries from such acts judged by standards required of licensed practitioners in Michigan.
