Replaces all references to the "medical marihuana licensing board" with the "marijuana regulatory agency" throughout the definitions section of the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act.

Replaces references to the "marihuana advisory panel" with the "marijuana regulatory agency" in the definition of "advisory panel" or "panel."

Changes terminology from "medical marihuana act" to "Medical Marihuana Act" for consistent capitalization throughout the statute.

Adds a new definition for "marijuana regulatory agency" as the agency created under Executive Reorganization Order No. 2019-2, MCL 333.27001.

Provides that the act takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5922 is enacted into law.
