Amends MCL 500.3172 to add a new subsection (7)(c) establishing coverage limits for bicyclists claiming personal protection insurance benefits through the assigned claims plan.

Bicyclists injured in accidents who qualify for assigned claims plan benefits under section 3115 are entitled to coverage at the unlimited-level benefit amount specified in section 3107c(1)(d).

Applies to bicyclists riding at the time they suffered accidental bodily injury and are otherwise eligible to claim through the assigned claims plan.

Creates a distinction from standard assigned claims plan limits by providing higher benefit coverage specifically for bicycle-related injuries.
