• Defines "340B drug" as a covered drug under 42 USC 256b and "340B entity" as a covered entity under the same federal statute for purposes of the pharmacy benefit manager restrictions.

• Contains an enacting clause making the bill effective only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5941 is enacted into law.
