Amends the Michigan Consumer Protection Act to add Section 3j prohibiting health clubs from requiring customers to cancel or suspend membership agreements in person.

Defines "health club" as any person providing services or facilities for physical exercise, weight control, or figure development, including fitness centers, studios, salons, or clubs.

Voids and makes unenforceable any membership agreement that requires in-person cancellation or suspension.

Applies only to membership agreements that take effect, are extended, renewed, or modified after the effective date of this amendment.

Modifies existing Section 3 to replace "shall" with "must" in regulatory language and adds cross-reference to new Section 3j as a prohibited unfair trade practice.
