Amends MCL 565.602 to validate deeds of land in Michigan made by a married individual jointly with their spouse through an attorney in fact under a joint power of attorney.

Replaces gender-specific language ("married woman," "her husband," "husband and wife") with gender-neutral terms ("married individual," "the individual's spouse," "spouses").

Requires deeds to be executed, acknowledged, and recorded in the county register of deeds office to be valid and effective in conveying legal title.

Takes effect only if Senate Joint Resolution _____ or House Joint Resolution T (request no. 02690'19) of the 100th Legislature becomes part of the 1963 Michigan Constitution.
