Transfers $2,500,000.00 from the juror compensation reimbursement fund to the general fund for the state fiscal year ending September 30, 2020 only.

Juror compensation reimbursement fund receives deposits from driver license clearance fees, jury demand fees, and investment income as established under existing law.

Fund balance remaining after specified transfers must remain in the fund and cannot revert to the general fund in other fiscal years.

Previously authorized one-time transfers to the general fund occurred in fiscal years 2005 and 2008, and to the court equity fund in fiscal years 2010 and 2011.

Took effect immediately upon approval by the Governor on October 1, 2020.
