Amends the Michigan sentencing guidelines in the Code of Criminal Procedure to add a new offense variable 33 based on the defendant's age at the time of the offense.

Requires courts to score offense variable 33 for all applicable cases, to be scored after all other offense variables (1-20).

Reduces a defendant's offense variable score by 5 points if the defendant was less than 24 years old at the time of committing the offense.

Reduces a defendant's offense variable score by 10 points if the defendant was less than 21 years old at the time of committing the offense.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
