• Exempts individuals from pandemic immunization requirements if they object on religious grounds, have other objections to immunization, or if a physician certifies the vaccine may be detrimental to health or is inappropriate.

• Does not exempt individuals from compliance with laws and regulations regarding disease reporting and sanitation requirements.
