Certification for food delivery drivers is valid for 3 years and must be made available upon request to food service establishment managers/owners or consumers receiving deliveries.

Mandates that food service establishments seal all food bags or containers delivered through third-party platforms, and requires platforms to deliver food according to protocols meeting food safety requirements.

Establishes transportation requirements for third-party food delivery: clean food holding areas, sealed/protected bags or containers, and proper temperature maintenance to prevent spoilage.

Authorizes civil fines up to $500 for violations of third-party food delivery requirements, with enforcement by county prosecutors or the state attorney general.
