Amends the Resort District Rehabilitation Act to update public notice procedures for resort district authorities through phased implementation.

Through December 31, 2021, notice of public hearings and elections shall be published in newspapers; beginning January 1, 2022, notice shall be posted under the local government public notice act instead.

Applies new notice procedures to hearings on adopting ordinances creating authorities (Section 4), publishing adopted ordinances (Section 5), and elections on resort district boundaries and millage (Section 7).

Updates notice requirements for public hearings on rehabilitation plans (Section 16) to transition from newspaper publication to local government public notice act posting effective January 1, 2022.

Contingent on enactment of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6440 of the 100th Legislature.
