• Preserves transition period through December 31, 2021, during which municipalities may continue using newspaper publication and public postings before switching to the local government public notice act method.

• Effective only upon enactment of Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 6440 (creating a tie-bar requirement with companion legislation).
