Amends the Michigan Planning Enabling Act to change public notice requirements from newspaper publication to posting under the Local Government Public Notice Act effective January 1, 2022.

Modifies Section 13 to allow township planning commission ordinances adopted before January 1, 2022 to be published in newspapers, but ordinances adopted on or after that date must be posted according to the Local Government Public Notice Act.

Updates Section 43 to require master plan public hearings held before January 1, 2022 to use newspaper notice, while hearings held on or after that date must use Local Government Public Notice Act posting procedures.

Revises Section 71 to replace newspaper publication requirements with Local Government Public Notice Act posting for subdivision ordinance hearings and plat hearings held on or after January 1, 2022, while grandfathering in newspaper notice for earlier hearings.

Makes minor grammatical changes, replacing "shall" with "must" or "takes" in various statutory provisions for consistency.
