Amends Michigan's criminal record expungement law to allow setting aside of operating while intoxicated (OWI) convictions under sections 625(4), (5), or 625(9)(b)-(c) of the Michigan Vehicle Code.

Prohibits expungement of certain serious offenses including felonies with life imprisonment maximums, sexual assault crimes, domestic violence felonies with prior misdemeanor convictions, and specific traffic violations involving commercial motor vehicles or causing injury/death.

Clarifies that OWI convictions cannot be removed from a person's driving record maintained by the Secretary of State, even if the criminal conviction is expunged.

Applies expungement restrictions to both applications for record expungement and automatic expungement proceedings under section 1g.
