Repeals the prohibition against unmarried cohabitation, removing the language that made it illegal for "man or woman, not being married to each other, who lewdly and lasciviously associates and cohabits together"

Retains the prohibition against "open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior" for married or unmarried individuals

Maintains the penalty of imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $1,000.00 for remaining violations

Preserves the one-year statute of limitations for prosecutions under this section
