Requires all staff members at child care centers, group child care homes, and family child care homes to be immunized against diseases prescribed by the Department of Health and Human Services, effective 90 days after enactment.

Staff members must provide proof of immunization to both their employer and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Immunizations must be administered by an authorized health professional, local health department, clinic, or other approved immunization provider.

Takes effect 90 days after the bill is signed into law.
