Legislative Description
Health: diseases; methods for preventing the spread of communicable diseases; revise to permit the exclusion of certain individuals from schools and certain programs, and require the department to post immunization rules on its website. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding secs. 5116 & 9228.
