• Removes language stating employers can discipline employees for marihuana use and replaces it with a narrower exception allowing discipline only when consumption impairs job duties or violates workplace policy on employer property.

• Allows property owners to regulate marihuana use on their property, but prohibits lease agreements from banning tenants from lawfully possessing and consuming marihuana through non-smoking methods.

• Maintains protections for medical marihuana users and clarifies that marihuana cultivation must not be visible from public places without optical aids or must occur in secured, locked areas.
