House Resolution No. 363 is a tribute resolution honoring Representative Robert Wittenberg as his service in the Michigan House of Representatives concludes.

Wittenberg represented the Twenty-seventh District, which includes Royal Oak Township and the cities of Berkley, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Huntington Woods, Oak Park, and Pleasant Ridge.

During his six-year tenure beginning in 2014, he served on multiple committees including Financial Liability Reform, Health Policy, Insurance, Law and Justice, Financial Services, and Tax Policy committees, holding positions as minority vice chair on several.

His legislative priorities included reducing gun violence and providing tax relief and economic security to Michigan families; he founded and chaired the legislative Gun Violence Prevention Caucus and the Better Classroom Caucus.

The resolution commends Wittenberg for his contributions to the House and state, with copies to be transmitted to him as evidence of gratitude and best wishes.
