Repeals outdated language from Section 90 of the Michigan Penal Code regarding sexual intercourse under pretext of medical treatment and replaces it with updated provisions applicable to all patients regardless of gender.

Creates a felony offense punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment for a medical provider who misrepresents that sexual contact with them is necessary or beneficial to a patient's health and induces the patient to engage in such contact.

Creates a more serious felony offense punishable by up to 25 years imprisonment for a medical provider who misrepresents that sexual penetration is necessary or beneficial to a patient's health and induces the patient to engage in such penetration.

Allows courts to impose consecutive sentences for violations of this section with any other crimes arising from the same transaction.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
