Repeals sections 10a, 10b, and 20 of the original 1972 act and clarifies that Article 1 definitions apply to all charitable gaming activities including raffles, bingo, charity games, and numeral games.

Includes a tie-bar provision making the bill's effectiveness contingent upon passage of Senate Bill 237 of the 100th Legislature.
