Amends Michigan Penal Code Section 301 to allow social wagering in limited circumstances by adding an exception clause stating "Except as otherwise allowed by law" to the gambling prohibition.

Exempts games or wagers from prosecution if they meet all six conditions: incidental to a bona fide social relationship, no more than 100 participants, maximum individual wager of $25.00, no entry fees beyond wagers, all wagers paid as prizes to participants, and no professional gambling involved.

Maintains existing penalties of up to 1 year imprisonment or $1,000 fine for illegal gambling that does not meet the social wagering exemption criteria.
