Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign nondisclosure agreements or other documents that prevent wage disclosure as a condition of employment.

Prevents employers from discharging, formally disciplining, or denying job advancement to employees who disclose their wages.

Requires employers to provide wage information for similarly situated employees within 30 days of an employee's request, covering up to 3 years prior to the request date.

Allows employers to redact names of similarly situated employees but requires disclosure of sex and seniority information along with wage data including salary, hourly wages, bonus pay, overtime pay, and other compensation.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
