Establishes the pediatric congenital heart association fund in the Michigan department of treasury to provide donations to the Michigan chapter of the Pediatric Congenital Heart Association.

State treasurer shall credit all amounts appropriated under section 435 of the income tax act of 1967 to the fund, along with any other money deposited into it.

Fund shall consist of appropriated money, any interest and earnings from investments, and other sources, with unspent balances remaining in the fund and not reverting to the general fund.

Money from the fund shall be expended solely for donations to support the Michigan chapter in improving lives of those with congenital heart disease through direct support, education, research, and awareness.

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 371 of the 100th Legislature is enacted into law.
