Mandates printing or endorsing a surcharge amount on tickets purchased outside the box office, along with a statement informing buyers they can purchase at box office price without surcharge at the venue.

Prohibits knowingly selling, distributing, or possessing software designed to interfere with ticket sale operations by circumventing website controls that enforce purchasing limits or maintain order integrity.

Prohibits ticket website operators from using internet domain names containing the venue name, event name, performer/entity names, or substantially similar names unless acting on behalf of the venue or event.

Prohibits offering for sale tickets not in the seller's possession or control; violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment or $1,000 fine or both.
