Expands the definition of "identification for election purposes" in Michigan election law to include current county-issued photo identification cards.

Adds current municipally-issued photo identification cards as acceptable forms of identification for voting and voter registration purposes.

Maintains existing acceptable identification forms including driver's licenses, state ID cards, passports, military IDs, tribal IDs, and student photo IDs from Michigan educational institutions.

Requires that identification presented for voting purposes must sufficiently match the individual's name in their voter registration record to accurately identify them as a registered elector.
