Amends MCL 750.529 to define armed robbery as engaging in robbery conduct while possessing a dangerous weapon, possessing an article fashioned to appear as a dangerous weapon, or representing that a dangerous weapon is possessed.

Armed robbery is classified as a felony punishable by life imprisonment or any term of years.

Requires a minimum sentence of not less than 2 years if the armed robbery results in aggravated assault or serious injury to another person.

Effective date is March 29, 2021 (90 days after enactment on December 29, 2020).
