• Adds section 609e to the Michigan Liquor Control Code of 1998, allowing vendors of spirits to provide special licensees with brand-logoed items during the effective period of their special license.

• Permits vendors to provide special licensees with brand-logoed tents for use during the special license period.

• Permits vendors to provide special licensees with brand-logoed temporary platforms (defined as preestablished platforms used exclusively to serve, dispense, or mix drinks, including refrigeration and mixing equipment) during the special license period.

• Permits vendors to provide special licensees with brand-logoed trailers for use during the special license period.
