Adds new prohibited practice prohibiting employers and contractors from representing that employee or independent contractor gratuities are provided in addition to wages or payments when they are not.

Requires employers and contractors who regularly receive gratuities to provide written notice of their gratuity policy at their place of business, on webpages and digital media, and at the time of payment for services.

Makes technical correction changing "assure" to "ensure" in subsection (2) regarding rules implementation.

Maintains existing prohibitions on unfair, unconscionable, or deceptive trade practices including false advertising, misrepresentation of goods or services, and deceptive pricing practices.
