Criminal procedure: expunction; expansion of eligibility to set aside certain convictions and certain convictions to be set aside automatically; provide for. Amends sec. 18e, ch. XIIA of 1939 PA 288 (MCL 712A.18e) & adds sec. 18t, ch. XIIA.
