• Permits electors to provide electronic mail addresses or other electronic contact information to their city or township clerk to receive voter identification cards electronically if their governing body has adopted an applicable resolution.

• Makes minor technical amendments replacing "persons" with "individuals" and "shall" with "must" throughout the statute for consistency.
