• Appropriates $250,550,000 in total funds for fiscal year ending September 30, 2021, of which $250,000,000 is from the state general fund.

• Allocates $250,550,000 to the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, including $550,000 in federal coronavirus relief funds and $250,000,000 in state general funds.

• Deposits $250,000,000 into the unemployment compensation fund to extend unemployment benefits from 20 to 26 weeks between January 1, 2021 and March 31, 2021.

• Requires unspent coronavirus relief funds as of December 30, 2020 and any interest earned to be reappropriated into the unemployment compensation fund for COVID-19 related costs incurred March 1 through December 30, 2020.

• Directs the state budget director to provide biweekly reports to legislative appropriations committees on amounts deposited into the unemployment compensation fund beginning January 15, 2021.
