Expands the definition of "national sporting event" under Michigan liquor licensing law to include the Professional Golfers' Association Tour Champions Tournament for any year (previously undefined).

Adds the Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour Champions Tournament to the list of qualifying national sporting events for calendar years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Allows the Michigan Liquor and Cannabis Regulatory Agency to issue temporary licenses (up to 30 consecutive days) for alcoholic beverage sales during these designated sporting events in host community theme areas.

Maintains existing requirements that applicants must be Michigan licensees, event promoters/affiliates, concessionaires, or qualified organizations, with a $1,000 application fee per license.

Became effective March 24, 2021, following Governor approval on December 29, 2020.
