Amends the Social Welfare Act to clarify that state department writings must be made available to the public under the Freedom of Information Act, except where exempted by the Financial Exploitation Prevention Act.

Requires the state department to correct inaccurate statements and clearly identify unsubstantiated statements in records or reports related to adult protective services.

Allows individuals who are subjects of reports to request corrections of inaccurate information or identification of unsubstantiated records, which must occur only after investigation completion and case closure.

Takes effect 270 days after enactment (September 26, 2021), contingent on Senate Bill 464 of the 100th Legislature being enacted into law.
