Amends Michigan Consumer Protection Act to add new Section 3j establishing temporary price gouging restrictions on product resales during emergencies.

Prohibits reselling products at grossly excessive prices above the purchase price the seller originally paid.

Restricts price increases to no more than 20% above prices charged as of March 9, 2020, unless the increase is justified by higher costs to bring products to market or reflects extraordinary discounts that were in effect on that date.

Defines "product" as goods, materials, or consumer food items valued under $1,000 or emergency supplies.

Establishes willful violations as a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment and/or fines up to $500; Section 3j is set to automatically repeal on June 1, 2020.
